Wesley R. Harden III, MD, FACS, attended the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA, and received his medical degree in 1975. Then, he served his internship and general surgery residency at Barnes Hospital. In addition, he completed his fellowship training in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery at the University of Alabama, Birmingham. Dr. Harden III received board certification in general surgery and cardiovascular surgery from the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of the American Vein and Lymphatic Society, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and Diplomate of the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine.
